Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, Awarded LEED Gold

The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, the first hotel in greater Charlotte built from the ground up under strict environmental standards, was presented with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification in April. The 146-room property opened in October 2009 with 146 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
