StarCite Appoints New CEO

Meetings management technology provider StarCite has appointed Gregory J. Dukat as its new chief executive officer, effective July 15, 2008. Dukat comes to the Philadelphia-based company from asset management software provider Ventyx Inc. (previously Indus International Inc.), where he served as president and CEO.
