• With the retirement of Paul Bergeron after 39 years with the company, David Litteken was named senior vice president for BI WORLDWIDE’s Events Solutions Group in July 2021. Litteken has more than 30 years of experience in the total rewards and events industry, most recently serving as managing director for BIW’s Asia-Pacific region from November 2012 through April 2021; during that time, he lived in both Singapore and Shanghai, China. Litteken has also served as vice president of various BIW divisions, including its Employee Performance Group and life-sciences vertical market; his responsibilities spanned client services, marketing communications, commercial sales, and fulfillment services.
• BIW landed 18 new clients in 2021, many of which were attributed to its in-house production capabilities for virtual events. However, many have continued the relationship as they return to live events.
• The company earned two Telly Awards, honoring work created for television and video, for all screens, that has been created on behalf of a client for a specific brand or company.

“…to remain agile and flexible, not returning to business as usual. Our volume of live events has returned to pre-Covid levels, and our clients see a fresh and innovative BIW 2.0, conversant in virtual, hybrid, and live events with a heightened focus on both creativity and measurable results.”
