Hawaiian Airlines this week joined US Airways and United on the list of airlines that have filed for Chapter 11 reorganization under federal bankruptcy law. The Hawaiian airline, which plans to get back in the black by fall, maintains that it will continue to operate normally, honor tickets, redeem frequent-flier miles, and not pull back on any of its flight schedules.
