Movers, shakers, and overachievers

HEALTH CARE Minnie Baylor-Henry, RPh, JD, has resigned from her position as director, division of drug marketing, advertising, and communications, FDA. She has joined the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, a Johnson & Johnson company. Stepping into her shoes, at least temporarily, is Norman A. Drezin, RPh, JD, who now serves as acting director of the division. He had been deputy director. Tom Abrams has been appointed acting deputy director.
