From the Ground Up Construction will begin this summer on The Westin Portland (OR), a 200-room, 20-story hotel in Portland's downtown retail district. When the property opens in the third quarter next year, facilities will include between five and seven meeting rooms (5,000 square feet total), a business center, a health club, and a restaurant.
