Global and GAME Launch CME Awards Program

Global Education Group and the Global Alliance for Medical Education have launched a new awards program for individuals and organizations that provide continuing medical education that makes a difference to healthcare professionals worldwide.

“The impact of CME on practice and patient health has never been greater than today,” says Stephen Lewis, Global’s general manager. “The Global CME Impact Award will celebrate influential and impactful CME programs that drive the CME industry forward, embrace collaboration and innovation amongst stakeholders, and transform healthcare for the greater good.”

GAME President Lisa Sullivan adds, “The opportunity to take this award globally will provide an avenue for sharing best practice CME programming which presently is very limited and will, at the same time, avail the less developed CME markets with examples of excellence for them to learn from and adapt for their own environment.”

Entries, which can be submitted online at www.globalcmeaward.com, will be accepted through Nov. 7, 2016. There is a $25 U.S. processing fee for each application; excess funds will be donated to a charity chosen by the winner. For more information on how to enter, eligibility, criteria, and official judging information, go to the Global CME Impact Award site.
