TSA has a protocol for everything, including service monkeys

Just in case you were wondering, yes, there are proper ways to get through airport security with a service monkey (you never know, an attendee just might ask). Of course, they also cover service dogs, but I don't see anything for guide ponies.

(Today must be animal day here at f2f, with posts about weasels, cats, and now monkeys. Or else I'm just procrastinating again.)

In other TSA news that is probably more relevant to the majority of travelers, TSA may install devices at airports to detect and track personal gadgets.
