Need help with seating charts?

Check out SimpleSeating, a just-launched online seating chart tool that looks pretty easy to use. It's only free for events up to 50 people, but it's reasonable for larger events. According to Lifehacker:

After creating an event, you can add guests to your guest list (along with dietary requirements and RSVP status). After you've created your guest list, head on over to the drag and drop seating chart maker, and create your seating arrangment. After you've got your tables set up, you can populate the seats with your guests.

I haven't tried it out myself, but it sounds like a great new way to tame an always difficult task. (Thanks to Jeff for letting me know about it.)
