Learning from dogs, redux

Patti Digh's 37 Days is totally a keeper, and this week even more so than usual. Being a dog lover who has spent way too much time training (and being trained by) my boys, I have learned so much about what works and doesn't work with both human-canine and human-human communications, motivations, and teaching/learning (see posts here and here, for a couple of examples).

Patti's latest epistle targets exactly what goes wrong in so many training sessions, and the basic learning/teaching flaw the problems stem from. Plus, it's hilarious, and thought-provoking, and altogether will start your week off in a good place.
