As you may have guessed, I'm back from my fabulous sailing vacation (I'll spare you the photos, at least for now). I needed that. But it was a short time back home—I barely had time to clean out my e-mail over the weekend and yesterday before turning around and heading out this morning to San Francisco for the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education conference, which should be a pretty good one. If there are any general meeting planning types of things to comment on here, I will. If you're interested in the whole CME thing, I hope to be blogging at least some of the sessions over at Capsules, the Medical Meetings blog. And I'll try to keep up over here as well, of course!
