Help with e-mail overload

I love Itzy Sabo's E-mail Overload, a blog full of hints on how to manage your in-box more effectively, plus everything e-mailicious you can think of. Like the Microsoft VIBE team's StepU, an application that you control using a dance pad instead of the keyboard or mouse. In this case, one where you can stomp your spam and get some exercise at the same time. I'm tempted.

(Thanks to Robert Scoble for the pointer.)
