Dubai in 1979

The Dubai World Trade Center was the first tower built in the city. Since 1979, it has expanded into the largest event and exhibition venue in the Middle East.

The Burj Al Arab

The Burj Al Arab has been called the world’s most luxurious hotel. It stands on an artificial island on Jumeirah Beach, and each of its 202 duplex suites has an ocean view.

The iconic sail-shape of the Burj Al  Arab can be used as a screen to project images including corporate logos for special events and groups.

 

Al Wasl Plaza at the Expo 2020

Al Wasl Plaza at the Expo 2020 site is a steel-trellis dome designed to hold up to 10,000 attendees for live events. 360-degree projection on the outside of the dome will be able to livestream events from the inside of the dome or project curated images and video.

Expo 2020 Pavilion

The Swiss pavilion is home to one of 132 countries participating in Expo 2020. (The rendering looks like a piece of Swiss cheese.)

The new Dubai Exhibition Center at Expo 2020 is open for bookings during the event, and will remain as part of the legacy campus afterward.
 

Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center

The Dubai space program has built and launched three satellites into low-earth orbit. Its headquarters, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center, is currently expanding its campus to include a science center and museum with event space.

Dubai Skyline

The current skyline reflects the city’s expansion into a business and entertainment destination.
