Since the event was held at a Trump property, it was only fitting that The Donald and Ivanka—or reasonable facsimiles thereof—would take to the stage. Under all that hair are this year's IRF chairwoman Sandi Daniel, Firelight Group, and Brett Hatch, Maui Jim Sunglasses.

The farewell dinner, which was held in the Donald J. Trump ballroom at the Trump National Doral, was a very elegant affair—and The Donald himself made an appearance via video to thank the incentive professionals for their business and the hard work that they do every day.
