Informa’s Cindric Named to Lead IAEE Board

The International Association of Exhibitions and Events has named Thomas Cindric, Jr., CEM, as the chairperson its 2019 Board of Directors. Cindric is senior vice president at Informa Global Exhibitions, Infrastructure Events, a division of MeetingsNet’s London-based parent company, Informa.

Cindric oversees the production of some of Informa’s leading events such as World of Concrete, the largest annual construction show in the U.S. (18th on the TSE Gold 100); Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport show, (56th on the TSE Gold 100); and Waste Expo (87th on the TSE Gold 100). He’s also responsible for international business development and brand extension strategies; recent launches include World of Concrete Europe in 2015 and World of Concrete Asia in 2017. Cindric is a Show Manager of the Year Award recipient (2003) and contributor to IAEE's textbook The Art of the Show: An Introduction to the Study of Exhibition Management.
