Why Aren’t There More Women Speakers? You Might be Surprised

It seems that at least a few times a year controversy erupts in conversations on the Internet and social media outlets. Most recently, it was about a post from an association I have a longstanding membership with. The issue? Hiring women speakers. The questions that arose: Why do we have to hire women? How do we do it? What difference does a woman speaker make? It amazes me that in this day and age, in this stage of our business evolution, we are still engaging in this debate.
