Three South Dakota Cities Compete for Christian Music Event

Three South Dakota cities are competing to host LifeLight, an annual Christian musical festival that draws 130,000 attendees.

For the past five years, the Labor Day festival has been held on 160 acres near Sioux Falls, according to an article in the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader. LifeLight CEO Alan Greene announced the festival needed a new site after crowds overwhelmed the grounds in September.
