PhRMA Adopts New Marketing Code

The Executive Committee of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) has adopted a new marketing code to govern the pharmaceutical industry’s relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The voluntary code will take effect on July 1.
