New Labor Rules Overturned in Chicago; MPEA Appeals

A major overhaul of labor rules at McCormick Place last year, designed to make the facility more customer-friendly to meeting and show organizers, was overturned by the U.S. District Court in Chicago last week, leaving Chicago convention authorities frustrated.
