With over 200 years history in the hospitality trade, Penang continues to exceed the expectations of meeting and incentive planners. Penang was the first spot in Southeast Asia designated for R&R for British soldiers, and they’ve been entertaining visitors ever since. The British colonized the island in the late 1700’s naming the capital city Georgetown after King George III.
