Bobbie Turner has been promoted to director of conventions and meeting services for the American College of Physicians — American Society of Internal Medicine (ACP-ASIM) in Philadelphia, the national organization of internal medicine specialists. In her new position, begun in June, Turner oversees a staff of eight, who produce 17 meetings a year, the largest being the ACP-ASIM Annual Session. Turner served as exhibits manager for ACP-ASIM from 1995 to 2002.
