Mega meeting management company Conferon, based in Twinsburg, Ohio, combined forces with ExpoExchange, a Frederick, Md.-based housing and registration leader, in May to form Conferon Global Services. The deal puts Mike Goodwin, former president and CEO of ExpoExchange, into the CEO seat at CGS, with Conferon's president and founder Bruce Harris becoming president of CGS. Dave Lutz, Conferon's COO, succeeds Harris as president of Conferon.
