The fifth time around, the American Medical Association’s Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs report on CME still misses the mark.

For the fifth time in four years, the AMA’s CEJA has insulted physicians’ intelligence and attacked industry grant funding of accredited CME. The CEJA staff and leaders continue to develop opinion statements under the presumption that industry grant funding of CME is inappropriate, despite significant evidence to the contrary.
