A CME leadership training conference put adult learning principles into practice for tomorrow's CME leaders.

As I listened to panel after panel of continuing medical education industry leaders at the Annual Conference of the National Task Force on CME Provider/Industry Collaboration last fall, I couldn't help but notice that there was an awful lot of white hair up there on the dais. Fast-forward a few years, and many of these distinguished folks will probably be easing into well-earned retirement. What wasn't intuitively obvious was where the next generation of CME leaders is coming from.
