SACME session

Here's the fourth case in conflict of interest from the Society for Academic CME session last Saturday:

Dr. Harold Goodspeaker was invite to give a major presentation in the large internal medicine course given annually by ABC Medical School. The course routinely receives strong evaluations from participants. While a skilled presenter, there was some concern that Dr. Goodspeaker is so busy that he may not have time to devote to looking for new evidence. Everyone agrees that his clinical expertise is valuable.
