From the I-really-should-have-had-someone-proofread-this-press-release department (I deleted the name of the state to save it the embarrassment): "State Office of Travel & Tourism and The State Cultural Council have partnered for the third consecutive year on WorldFest, a copulation of the State's summer ethnic and cultural festivals, feasts and celebrations."
