This article about how staff at the new Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City have to meet certain appearance criteria--including weight--is certain to get some people's backs up. But, from my understanding, anyway, it's their right to put these restrictions into their employment contracts. As long as employees know ahead of time what they're signing onto, well, caveat emptor.
