What do you think they’ll look like? That’s what organizers of HITEC 2000 (I know, it’s old, but I just found it recently thanks to the MIMlist listserv) asked their attendees via an ARS.
While not surprising, room technology was a hot-hot one for these guys in terms of future growth. I wonder what the room technology will be—what I’d really love is an automatic coffee dispensing system so I don’t have to resort to a Diet Coke from the machine down the hall when housekeeping forgets to leave a packet for the next day (and why does that happen so often, anyway?).
