Getting physician feedback

I just got a note from a medical education coordinator at a community hospital whose director has tasked him with identifying three ways (besides paper survey, or verbal post-conference survey), to obtain physician feedback regarding the CME program. He is looking for ideas on getting information from the internal physicians on the CME program, especially from those who do not attend their medical grand rounds programs in-house. It's just to get feedback on what the docs want from the CME program, not program content or relevance to practice.

Do you have any suggestions/strategies that would work in getting feedback out of his doctors to help him improve the value of the internal CME program? He's been given until tomorrow (Thursday) morning to come up with some answers, and I'm stymied. If you can help, please leave a comment below or drop me an e-mail.
